Is all auto glass the same?

No, some aftermarket glass may not meet original equipment specifications. In fact, it may have blemishes, distortions or not fit your vehicle correctly. Our glass is designed to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications set by your vehicle’s manufacturer.

My insurance company tells me I have to use a specific glass company, is this true?

By Pennsylvania law, as an insured driver, you can take your vehicle to any repair facility. Some insurance companies are directly affiliated with certain auto glass providers. Hence, you may be told you have to use a particular company. But, remember “you pay the premium, you pick the provider!”

What happens to my inspection sticker after a windshield is replaced?

We carefully remove the sticker from the old windshield and place it inside your vehicle. A replacement sticker must be purchased from any PA inspection station within 5 days of the windshield installation.

Can you fix the stone chip(s) in my windshield?

Depending on the size, severity and location of the chip it may or may not be repairable. If the chip is in the driver’s view, it is not repairable.

How long will my windshield replacement take?

Most windshield installations take between one and two hours to complete. Your vehicle should then sit two to three hours before use to ensure your safety.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes, most services we offer can be done mobile, but some are best suited in our shop. Mobile service is also weather dependent. Mobile work cannot be completed in rain, snow or cold temperatures.

Shouldn’t I just take my car to the dealer for glass work?

Most dealerships sub out auto glass work, looking for the cheapest price, which could mean a compromise in materials and workmanship on your vehicle. The dealership may also mark up the price and keep the difference for themselves. Why go to a middle man when you can go directly to a properly authorized repair shop?

Why don’t you offer a online quotes?

Many vehicles have two, three, four, or more different options for windshields, back windows, and side windows. Online quoting may not give you the most accurate price for your glass replacement needs.

Do you offer a warranty on my windshield replacement?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on windshield replacement that covers leaks and stress cracks. If rust or corrosion is found on bonding surface, the warranty is void.
